Techify offers software development, technology consulting, design and digital marketing services. The specific details of each service are agreed upon individually with each client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, design and code developed by Techify remains the property of the company until full payment is made, at which point the rights are transferred as contractually agreed.
4. Limitation of Liability
Techify is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, except as provided by law.
